Penn State Football Recruiting: 5 Top Offensive Targets Set to Visit for White Out vs. Oregon
Boatlods of recruits are expected this year at Penn State Football’s Whiteout against No. 3 Oregon on Saturday night inside Beaver Stadium.
With so many players planning to attend the game, here are the 5 most important offensive players set to attend the Whiteout.
Penn State Football Top Offensive Targets Attending White Out
1. 2027 OL Maxwell Hiller
Maxwell Hiller is a can’t miss prospect for Penn State in the class of 2027. Hiller is an uber-talented, in-state, Offensive Lineman that the Nittany Lions cannot afford to miss out on.
Currently, he is rated as the top Interior Offensive Lineman in his class according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Hiller has almost every offer imaginable on the table for himself to choose from. Clemson, Maryland, Ohio State, and South Carolina are all in hot pursuit of Hiller as well. Hiller is teammates with Penn State 2026 commit, Terry Wiggins. That should only help the Nittany Lions in their quest to land Hiller.
Getting Hiller to the Whiteout is great for the Nittany Lions as they try to land the talented PA kid.
2. 2027 WR Matthew Gregory

Another talented PA kid in the class of 2027 is Matthew Gregory. Gregory is a 4-star, elite Wide Receiver from Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Gregory has track speed and rounds into a phenomenal all-around Wide Receiver.
Gregory has visited Nebraska so far and plans on making it to Michigan and Syracuse after coming to Happy Valley. Gregory is undoubtedly one of, if not the top prospect on Penn State’s 2027 Wide Receiver board.
James Franklin and company cannot let Gregory leave the state. Getting him to the Whiteout is a great sign for Penn State.
3. 2027 RB Kemon Spell
Kemon Spell is a special talent. Rated as a top 10 player in the nation, Penn State has itself a bona fide stud at Running Back in the class of 2027.
The Pittsburgh 5-star has been committed to Penn State for over a year. He remains locked in with the Nittany Lions, but has, understandably, dabbled with taking visits elsewhere.
Spell is still very firm with his commitment to Penn State, but he is such a talent, that other suitors won’t quit easily.
Any time Spell makes it to Penn State, that is a good thing. Getting Spell to the Whiteout should help Spell become even more confident in his commitment to Penn State.
4. 2026 OL Immanuel Iheanacho
Oregon commit Immanuel Iheanacho is a consensus 5-star in the class of 2026 according to Rivals Industry Rankings.
The DMV product is a blue-chip prospect. Iheanacho had an entertaining recruitment that ultimately saw him pledge to the Ducks, however, Penn State is still fighting for the big man.
Despite Penn State’s efforts, Iheanacho feels like a very long shot, hence why he isn’t higher on the list. It just feels like Oregon may be too much to overcome in his recruitment.
However, getting him on campus for a Whiteout, against Oregon of all teams, could leave an impression on him.

5. 2027 OL Olu Olubobola

Another 2027 prospect rounds out the five most important offensive recruits attending the Whiteout.
New Jersey native Olu Olubobola is a very high priority for the Nittany Lions along the Offensive Line in the class of 2027.
Penn State seems to continue to impress Olubobola every time I talk to him. He also mentions Ohio State, Texas, and Rutgers as some other schools he likes.
Getting the big man back to State College could be huge for the Nittany Lions.
Honorable Mentions
2027 QB Ben Musser
Recent Virginia Tech decommit, Ben Musser is a super intriguing name to watch at Quarterback in the class of 2027. Most attention has gone to Keegan Croucher, and deservedly so, but Ben Musser is a new name to watch. The Georgia native has led his team to a 4-1 start while throwing for over 1,000 yards and 14 Touchdowns. Musser has yet to earn a Penn State offer, but he stays in touch with the staff, and I would not be surprised to see him earn an offer soon.
2027 ATH Xavier Sabb
Xavier Sabb is a huge, blue-chip prospect. The New Jersey athlete will be in attendance for the Whiteout on Saturday. Frankly, I haven’t heard Sabb’s name tied to Penn State too much. I am still working to get a better feel for what a realistic expectation for Xavier Sabb and Penn State is.
There will be an abundance of elite, and important offensive talent in State College on Saturday night. These 5 names, however, are the most important. Penn State will have a chance to impress a lot of good talent on Saturday against Oregon.
