Penn State Football Recruiting Nuggets From Blue-White Weekend
One of the biggest Penn State Football Recruiting weekends is here.
So is the annual Blue-White Spring Game.
With Penn State hosting a multitude of prospects on campus this weekend, you can follow this article as I update it with the most recent feedback and nuggets.

Update #1 – 4/28/25 – Terry Wiggins
Class of 2026 Talks Nittany Lions
2026 LB Terry Wiggins (Coatesville Area High School, Pennsylvania)
Pennsylvania standout, Terry Wiggins made the short commute to State College on Saturday. Wiggins left the visit feeling good about what he saw in the annual spring game.
“I loved it, I loved everything that I saw.” Wiggins said. “Especially with Coach Knowles telling me like, what the goal is and what the objective is for the defense… With forcing everything to the Linebackers.”
“It really like made me think like ‘ok, so if I go there, I’m going to be making plays and getting my name out there.'” Said Wiggins, the ON3 Industry four star. “I got to talk to Coach Connor, Coach Shane, Coach Franklin. I got to talk to all of those guys. The talks were amazing with them and they always are, so that’s something that I always look forward to whenever I’m going up there.”
For Wiggins, the message from Penn State is about his skill set. “…They really love my athleticism and they’re really excited for if I do commit to Penn State.” The in state Linebacker has the traits of an elite Penn State Linebacker.
Wiggins plans on taking official visits to Kentucky, Syracuse, Penn State, and Cincinnati this summer. After those visits are when he plans on making a decision. Penn State has certainly put itself in a good spot for Wiggins.
2026 OL Grayson McKeogh (LaSalle College High School, Pennsylvania)
One of Penn State’s top Offensive Line targets returned to campus on Friday. McKeogh is coming off a Penn State visit on April 10th. He followed that visit with one to South Bend to check out the Fighting Irish. However, getting McKeogh back for a spring practice before he goes on his official visits, is huge for Penn State.
“I thought it was really cool” McKeogh told NittanyCentral. “You know, I mean, every time I go up there it just keeps getting better.”
McKeogh added that getting to visit Penn State with his Dad was a big plus for him this time.
McKeogh clearly has the attention of the Penn State staff.
“I think for me, what was special is just, each time we go up there, the coaches express more interest, but they’re the same people…” Said McKeogh. “These Coaches aren’t going to put on a face, to get the recruiting across. They’re not going to be like ‘oh guys act nice, we got a recruit coming’ it’s none of that… [James Franklin] is a really honest and respectable guy for that, all the coaches are.”
Penn State’s biggest threat is probably Notre Dame. McKeogh contrasted the two schools. “Obviously they’re both top notch, prestigious schools.” McKeogh noted. “Penn State, it’s a three hour drive versus Notre Dame, it’s a connecting flight… Penn State has definitely harped on the academic side of Penn State, the buisness school and all that kind of stuff, honoring the degree that you can get from there. But, you know, Notre Dame is also known for that.”
Academics will no doubt play a role in McKeogh’s recruitment, as he boasts a 4.1 grade point average.
McKeogh will likely decide on a school after his official visits. The hometown team, Penn State, is right in the thick of it for McKeogh.

2026 DL Brian Harris (Mandarin High School, Florida)
Penn State hosted a Sunshine State Defensive Lineman for two days, over Blue-White weekend. Mandarin High School product, Brian Harris made the trip up to State College. After his two day stay, he raved about his time there.
“It was a really good visit overall.” Said Harris. “It was a great atmosphere and a good chance to be around the coaches and players more.”
Harris is an ON3 Industry 3 star. But, he holds offers from the likes of Alabama, South Carolina, Michigan, Oklahoma, and others. Brian Harris tells me that he is still taking his time in his recruiting process. However, the Nittany Lions seem to have made a good impression on him.
“They’re really pushing that they can develop me and help me reach my full potential.” Stated Harris. “They see me as a big piece for their defense and someone who can make an early impact.”
The Nittany Lions will be a player for Harris.
