It might be time to buy a new Micah Parsons jersey.
The Dallas Cowboys All-Pro linebacker and former Nittany Lions All-American could be one of the coming onslaught of NFL players about to change their jersey numbers this fall.
During the League’s Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz., owners approved a proposal allowing players to wear the No. 0 on their jerseys.
Parsons didn’t waste any time or do much to hide his excitement about the possibility of wearing zero.

Parsons, chosen No. 12 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, has quickly become one of the most dominant defensive players in the NFL. A two-time First-Team All-Pro, Parsons finished the 2022 campaign with 65 total tackles with a career-high 13.5 sacks.
Time will tell if Parsons ultimately decides to actually change his uniform number, but he at least sounds excited about the possibility and ability to do so.
