STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Penn State Basketball leading scorer Kanye Clary returned to the floor Thursday night after missing the past two games with an undisclosed injury.
Nittany Lions head coach Mike Rhoades listed Clary as day to day following an injury in the closing minutes of Penn State‘s 83-74 loss at the hand of the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Saturday Jan 27. While not in the starting lineup, Kanye was seen warming up with the team pregame and was listed as questionable for the contest against the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Clary averages 18.4 ppg to lead the team in scoring so far this season.
A return to game action would be a major boost for a team that struggled to generate much offensively in the first game of last week’s road trip against Rutgers. Still 15 points from Ace Baldwin Jr was enough to propel the Nittany Lions to an ugly 61-46 victory.
Penn State Basketball followed up that performance with a more outstanding offensive display on Saturday against the Indiana Hoosiers in which the team hit 12 three pointers and got 22 points from Ace Baldwin Jr to win their second consecutive road game by a score of 85-71. We’ll have to see if and how Clary is used tonight against the Iowa Hawkeyes (7pm, BTN).
