Penn State Football wide receiver Parker Washington has much to prove during the 2022 NFL Scouting Combine, and could rise up NFL Draft boards this spring, with a strong showing.
Washington is one of 7 Nittany Lions who will take part in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, and his testing numbers could push him up the board in a draft class that lacks significant star power at the receiver position.
In CBS Sports’ Chris Trapasso’s latest NFL mock draft projection, Washington goes off the board in the second-round, as the choice of the Buffalo Bills with the No. 59 overall choice.

Washington, 5-foot-10 and 215 pounds, was a focal point of the passing game as a sophomore at Penn State Football in 2022, caught 46 passes for 611 yards and a pair of touchdowns last fall.
If the Bills wind up selecting Washington, the Sugar Land, Texas native would add to All-Pro quarterback Josh Allen’s arsenal and has the potential to be a complementary weapon to receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis in one of the league’s most prolific offenses.
Across three seasons in Happy Valley, Washington caught 146 passes for 1,920 yards with 12 touchdowns.
