While Micah Parsons has not played an offensive snap since high school, the three time Pro Bowl defensive end for the Cowboys put his crazy athleticism on display at the Pro Bowl skills challenge Thursday night.
No, Parsons didn’t lower his shoulder as a running back or catch the ball on deep-routes, the former Penn State All-American instead flashed his passing ability.
In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) by Robert Griffin III, Parsons is seen connecting on a 40-yard pass into a bucket ahead of the Pro Bowl quarterback skills challenge.
Although Parsons racked up 1355 total yards and 27 touchdowns on offense in high school, Parsons has never thrown a pass in a game (according to MaxPreps stats).
This comes as a shock to nobody but here it is. Micah Parsons, an edge rusher, is a better QB than Jalen Hurts. #Cowboys #Eagles pic.twitter.com/B9YbLgX4G7

<< BUY PENN STATE GEAR >>
Last season, on the Pat McAfee Show, Parsons said that the Cowboys have let him play tight end in practice. After seeing him sling the ball on Thursday, should Mike McCarthy think about getting Micah involved on a trick play throwing the ball on offense?
