Penn State Football RB Kaytron Allen named Big Ten Freshman of the Week
Penn State Football freshman running back Kaytron Allen ran over Central Michigan, before running away with Big Ten Freshman of The Week honors.

Nick Singleton has garnered plenty of praise nationally, but the Penn State Football star isn’t the only Nittany Lions freshman running back to bring home early-season hardware.
After running past, and all over Central Michigan, the rest of the country is beginning to take notice of No. 11 ranked Penn State Football.
Freshman running back Kaytron Allen led the way for Penn State Football in Saturday’s 33-14 victory to remain unbeaten, and on Monday the Big Ten announced Allen has been named the Big Ten Freshman of The Week.
Allen rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown, on 13 carries, as a driving force for Penn State against the Chippewas.

The Touchdown that Allen scored came in the 2nd quarter which gave the Nittany Lions the 21-14 lead.
Penn State now gets ready to do battle with Northwestern on Saturday at 3:30 PM on ESPN from Beaver Stadium.
