Penn State Football RB Nick Singleton Blows Rose Bowl Open with 87-Yard TD Run … Twitter ERUPTS

Nick Singleton is a major reason Penn State Football has such a bring future in front of the program, and the Big Ten Freshman of The Year running back showed the nation why during the Rose Bowl.

With the game tied at 14, Singleton gashed the Utah Utes defense for an 87-yard touchdown run, that was eerily similar to Ki-Jana Carter’s touchdown dash on the Nittany Lions‘ first play of the 1994 Rose Bowl against Oregon.

Penn State Football extended the lead to 34-14 with 10:36 remaining in the game, with a methodical drive down the field.
