No. 11 Penn State Football, led by quarterback Sean Clifford, and young talent such as running backs Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen, along with a loaded defense headlined by freshman linebacker Abdul Carter, aims to close the 2022 College Football season with an upset victory over No. 8 Utah in the 2023 Rose Bowl, on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 in Pasadena, Calif. in a 5 p.m. Eastern kickoff on ABC.
The Nittany Lions, can clinch a top-10 finish in the polls by knocking off the Utes.
This is the second appearance for Penn State Football in the Rose Bowl, under head coach James Franklin, and fourth New Year’s Six Bowl berth since the head coach’s arrival in Happy Valley.
