Penn State Football WR Mitchell Tinsley Makes NFL Draft Decision

Penn State Football wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley is heading for the 2023 NFL Draft.

Tinsley, who arrived in Happy Valley on Christmas Eve 2021 via the transfer portal, emerged as one of the Nittany Lions‘ premier offensive weapons in his lone season in a Penn State Football uniform.

In his caught 51 passes for 577 yards with 5 touchdowns, while averaging 11.3 Yards per Reception.

“Yeah, I told Coach Franklin and Coach Stubbs that I’m willing to help however I can,” Tinsley told Blue White Illustrated, of his initial decision to transfer to Penn State. “There’s been a few guys that have come in. But yeah, I said what I had to say to them, and, you know, I definitely gave them a positive experience from my point of view. I’ve tried to help for sure.”

Tinsley capped his collegiate career by catching six passes for 49 yards and a touchdown, in Penn State Football’s Rose Bowl victory over Utah.
