Former Penn State corner and Pittsburgh Steelers’ rookie cornerback Joey Porter Jr. came up with a massive interception in the final minutes of Pittsburgh’s game against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday afternoon.
On third and goal with 4:04 left in the fourth Porter Jr. intercepted Lamar Jackson’s pass in the corner of the endzone to give the Steeler’s the ball back in a 10-8 game.
Porter Jr. kept the Ravens from going up two scores in the final minutes of the game with his career interception.
This is the second game of the season where Porter Jr. has come up with late game heroics in his rookie season, after defending a pass to help Pittsburgh seal a 26-22 win in week two against the Cleveland Browns.
