Former Penn State Football star Jahan Dotson continues to make a significant impact on the Washington Commanders’ offense.
Sunday afternoon against the Dallas Cowboys, Dotson flashed all the aspects of his skill-set that made the Nittany Lions’ star a first-round choice in the 2022 NFL Draft, on an early touchdown.
With 3:35 remaining in the first quarter, Dotson ran a flawless slant route into the corner of the end zone, where he pulled down a perfectly-placed pass from Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz for a 10-yard touchdown.

Not only did Dotson run a smooth route, but he was able to make the reception with Cowboys defensive back Anthony Brown draped all over him.
Through the first three-plus games of the season, Dotson has caught 10 passes for 119 yards with four touchdowns.
Dotson has quickly become not only a focal point in the Commanders’ vertical passing game, but also one of Wentz’s favorite targets in a receiving corps that also includes the likes of Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel.
